Take out the furnace and screw up the furnace cover and then put the furnace into the hearth for heating to 450-500°C, and then take out the furnace and screw up the furnace cover.(The aim is to compress the packing ring avoiding leaking the gas. Thereafter, when heat with high temperature, the packing can not be taken out.After the second heat, screw up, then the machine can inlet the load and anneal.First shall take out the air in the furnace to -0.1Mpa, then inject the hydrogen to 0Mpa and inject the nitrogen to 0.2Mpa (if there is no hydrogen, please inject the nitrogen)when heat, the furnace pressure can not exceed 0.3-0.35Mpa, if the pressure exceeds, please give up.After finishing the heat, the pressure of the furnace will decrease owing to air’s contract, but it can not lower than 0.05Mpa. If the pressure is lower than 0.05Mpa, shall promptly inject the nitrogen to 0.3Mpa in general.The heat temperature shall between the 400-460°C and then decide the temperature according to the distance between the thermocouple and electroheat thread.Heat time: the furnace is kept in the hearth for 2-2.5hours after setting the heat temperature, then is taken out the furnace and is cooled down naturally. In general, shall cool down for 16-20 hours and then open the furnace.(The cool down time is related to sea area and season. In general, the cool time in summer shall be long and in winter, the cool time shall be short.)
